Chef Dan Malfroid has been cooking for over 25 years. He has some very stern principals. It must be quality, it must be fresh, and it must be prepared at the time of the order. He believes food can be excellent and quick serve.

The Firehouse Grill in Saint Ignace MI, and The Firehouse Bar & Grill in Mackinaw City MI. Dan was a

volunteer firefighter and first responder in Saint Ignace, & Mackinac Island. He Also volunteered in New York

after the 9/11 terrorist attack.
