Chef Dan Malfroid procures extremely fresh ingredients, and 90 percent of all dishes and their components are hand-crafted on-site, from sauces and gravies to grinding our own fresh ground beef. We hand-bread our delectable Fried Chicken, savory Pork Chops and memorable seafood, while our renowned Mexican dishes include nacho chips, taco shells and taco bowls fried only after you order them.
